SG50-A new generation diaphragm wall grab

    Recently, a big machine was moved out of our Assembly line, indicating the new generation diaphragm wall grab SG50 has been launched. This heavy model is specially made for extremely deep and wide walls. This model has inherited our diaphragm wall technology and practice experience, and integrated new control technology. This 50 tons level model is developed from new capability and quality.

    The enhanced upper structure of the chassis is from the Hyundai company, which is equipped with Cummins QSM-11 electronic fuel injection engine. It has a high power and flux major pump system. The lower structure is adopted the JT90 telescopic track which was designed by ourselves. We use the German driving system, and make the telescopic and locating device, which is more convenient for the transportation.

    SG50 has adopted the two-driving rotation system, and used the heavy three rows pillar type for long life of the slew bearing. This type ensured the great bearing capacity, reliability and stability. The mast has adopted the box structure and bamboo-type inside. The lengthened mast ensures the mast fulcrum approach the mast head, so the machine receives strength rationality. Sensors have been installed inside the mast head, which can easily control the machine when working.

    SG50 can be equipped with DG and ZD grabs, and the range of the width is from 800-1500mm. The Max. weight of shovel(with frame) is heavier than 25 tons. The pushing force of the main cylinder is 1200KN. These 12 plates correcting deviation system and grab rotation display function ensure that this model has a fantastic performance.
