No.07 SD20 Rotary Drill construct in XiLong Jobsite

Recently, in XiLong hydro junction jobsite, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Hubei province, one unit SD20 which had worked for 6000 hours has set the new record in foundation piles.

XiLong hydro junction started in Feb, 2009 is the major national project, which is located in HuBei province. One of important projects is to establish a bridge on old riverbed. It is difficult with high pile requirements. The pile should be 1.5m Dia and 55m Dep. The situation of the old riverbed is complicated, and alternative allocated with clay, fine sand, and locked clay from 0-30m, below 30m, there is big and hard cobble layer.

When SD20 applied to the project, it finish a 55m depth and 1.5 dia pile with 8 hours, high efficiency and precision is praised by the projects owner. This SD20 had worked more than 6000 hours since may, 2006. The excellent performance has greatly proved the quality of our machines.

Now, this project is under way, SD20 and SG40A, SG40E worked there day and night to contribute to the national infrastructure projects.
